What began as a small business distributing ice cream from a single website has grown into a fulfillment and e-commerce powerhouse.
Even though we have continued to grow our online ice cream gifting business, we have also ventured into hospitality and convenience store supply with over 50,000 sku's available across the United States. Focusing on food, we have continued to expand into even more frozen food sectors, including more ice cream novelty items, frozen dinners, frozen pizzas, as well as healthier frozen options.
With our expertise in both of these areas, we have also continued to grow as a frozen, perishable, and dry fulfillment partner. In this, we noticed that companies also would have a great product, but no way of selling it online. Through our growth of icecreamsource.com, we have become proficient in brand store development as well as Amazon storefront development.

Brad Massey
Brad has worked with e-tailer inc. since 2008. After attending University of Missouri, Brad spent his early years working in internet media in Chicago. He is a veteran E-Commerce professional who loves working with companies that want to create an online marketplace for their frozen products. A strategic and creative thinker, he is constantly looking for opportunities for innovation in frozen shipping.
Vice President
Jay is a Vice President of e-tailer, responsible for legal affairs, strategic transactions, human resources, and accounting matters. Jay has been with e-tailer since 2014. He was previously a shareholder of the law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren in Milwaukee, WI where his practice focused on corporate law and business transactions. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Northwestern University School of Law.

Woody Heidler
Woody is a Vice President of e-tailer, who handles new client setup and on-boarding, web development, and manages our Amazon and Walmart teams. Woody Graduated from Iowa State University in 2014 and has been with e-tailer since 2015. Woody grew up summering in Door County and moved there full time to continue to enjoy sailing and the outdoors.

Cog is a Vice President of e-tailer and directs our operations teams in all of our distribution facilities. He continues to work on improving our operational efficiencies within our warehouses. Cog attended Marquette University and has summered in Door County since he was a kid. Cog enjoys the outdoors, especially fly fishing.

Bob is our VP of West Coast Operations and runs our Reno Fulfillment Center. Bob is also in charge of facility modifications. Bob attended Humboldt State University and spent over 20 years in the entertainment delivery industry.
